Idea: Green Rain

A weather effect that temporarily turns rain green. While this is happening plants grow a bit faster. The rain should create an unsettling atmosphere and may be able to mutate crops or cause hostile plant creatures to spawn. This idea is inspired by the green rain event in Stardew Valley.
