Idea: Cursed Bookshelves

A bookshelf block that sometimes play creepy whispering sound effects, as if the books are speaking to the player. These could be crafted by players or potentially replace some vanilla bookshelves in existing structures. There could be some type of interaction if the player interacts with this shelf, like giving them EXP and reverting back to normal.
